Our Approach to Wellness

At Holistic Wellness Coaching, we believe in a comprehensive approach to well-being that integrates nutrition, physical activity, stress management, a supportive community, and self-love. Our personalized coaching sessions are tailored to empower individuals to achieve holistic wellness in their lives.

About Me

I'm 40 and feel the best I ever have—and my mission is to help other women feel the same: strong, confident, healthy, wealthy, capable, and deeply grounded so they can make life choices that align with who they truly are!

My journey:

I grew up unaware of nutrition and the powerful impact food has on how we feel. My childhood was filled with canned vegetables, Pop-Tarts, and Kudos bars—because that’s simply what I knew. Through my 20s, I continued eating the standard American diet, not realizing how much it affected my energy, mood, and overall well-being.

In my late 20s, I started tracking my food with the intention of losing weight. I learned about calories, but I still didn’t understand nourishment. I hit my calorie goals each day, yet most of my food came from processed, convenient choices. I lost weight temporarily—but as soon as I stopped tracking, the weight returned. I hadn’t changed my relationship with food; I had only changed the numbers.

Everything shifted when I met my now-husband at age 32. He introduced me to fresh vegetables—like actually chopping, cooking, and enjoying them. It was mind-blowing. I had spent my entire life thinking I hated vegetables, only to realize I’d never really experienced them prepared well or seasoned simply.

Throughout my 30s, I continued learning. I discovered the importance of protein, whole foods, and balancing my meals with fruits and vegetables. After 5–6 years of primarily eating whole foods, my body transformed naturally. I lost weight and kept it off without tracking, restricting, or obsessing—I just nourished myself consistently. My energy increased, my mood improved, and most importantly, I became deeply connected to my body. I can now feel the difference between foods that support me and foods that leave me feeling depleted.

My goal is to help women on this same path—to learn how to cook and enjoy foods that taste amazing and make you feel good, without dieting, weighing food, or relying on rigid rules. I want you to feel energized, strong, and truly at home in your body every single day.

I believe true wellness is holistic. It’s the integration of nutrition, movement, sleep and recovery, mindset, and community that helps you feel balanced and well. My growth has been self-taught and self-explored, and now it’s my passion to amplify and shorten the learning curve for you.

I’ll help you clarify your goals and break down personalized strategies for nutrition, movement, and peace of mind so you can create lifestyle habits that help you look and feel your best.
