For much of my early life, I moved through the world with a “to me” mindset. I thought life was simply happening to me, and I was unaware of how much my own energy, beliefs, and choices played a role in shaping my reality.

I was the quiet, shy kid—the one who got good grades, did what was expected, and often played the role of peacekeeper. Deep down, I knew I wanted more for my life. I wanted to go to college, earn a degree, and build a meaningful career. I wanted a different path for myself.

​

At 24, I became a special education teacher. I poured my whole heart into that work. I worked hard, gave deeply, and led with my empathic nature. It was meaningful, challenging, and incredibly formative. That season of life taught me so much about who I am - my strengths, my limits, my patterns, and the importance of support, boundaries, and self-trust.

​

Even then, I was beginning to manifest - before I had the language for it. I had set a 10-year financial goal for myself, and to my surprise, I reached it in just 3 years. It was my first conscious experience of creating something meaningful through intention, belief, and focused energy, even though I didn’t yet understand what manifestation truly was.

​

Then, in June 2017, my life changed.

​

After a serious injury and many days in the hospital, I went home with a cast on my left arm and paralysis on the left side of my face due to nerve damage. It was one of the most difficult and transformative experiences of my life. Every day, I stood in front of the mirror and practiced smiling. I was determined to get my smile back. After several weeks, I noticed the slightest movement in my lips - and I was ecstatic. That tiny shift felt monumental. In that moment, I knew: if I could create even the smallest movement, I could keep going.

That was another powerful moment of conscious manifestation, though I still didn’t have the words for it at the time.

​

That experience opened the door to deeper questions:
What is the purpose of life? What is my purpose? What really matters?

​

Those questions became the beginning of my spiritual awakening.

​

For the past nine years, I have been on a journey of deep inner growth, healing, and remembrance. What began with one spiritual book expanded into years of reading, learning, listening, exploring, and seeking a deeper truth. Along the way, I worked with energy healers, experienced profound shifts, and eventually felt called to become an energy healer myself.

​

My path has taught me that healing is not about becoming someone else - it is about returning to who you truly are. It is about reconnecting with your inner wisdom, trusting yourself, raising your standards, and choosing a life that feels aligned in mind, body, and spirit.

​

Today, I support women who are ready to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. Women who are ready to heal, grow, trust their intuition, and create lives that feel more peaceful, purposeful, and aligned. My work is rooted in both lived experience and deep inner devotion. I know what it means to move through challenge, to ask bigger questions, and to choose transformation—one step, one belief, and one aligned decision at a time.
