Living in Alignment

This week's Energetic Exchange topic was Living in Alignment! What does that mean to you? Do you think about what feels aligned versus what feels forced?
When you are in alignment, things flow, you feel peace, love, and/or joy! Your thoughts, feelings, and actions are calm - you move with intention.
When you are out of alignment, things feel forced, you feel stressed, anxious, and/or angry. Exhaustion and depletion are common symptoms.
You have to know yourself, you have to listen to and feel your body - this is how you will know what is aligned and what is not. Knot in stomach, high blood pressure, unnerved - not aligned!
No one lives "in alignment" 100% of the time - but the goal is to do so as much as possible. The key is to notice when you are out of alignment and course correct to something that feels better to you.
When possible, make the correction, get back into alignment.
